Shipping policy

Pre-launch notice: online ordering and payments are not yet enabled. The operating policies below describe the intended launch service. Final shipping charges, delivery estimates and item availability will be displayed before ordering opens.

Service area and costs

Our initial launch is intended for delivery within the United States. Available destinations and the exact shipping charge will be shown before payment. International shipping is not currently offered.

Processing and delivery

Shipping service, dispatch estimate and delivery estimate will be shown before an order is accepted. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Tracking information will be emailed when available. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delays and availability

We will only accept orders when we have a reasonable basis to meet the stated dispatch time. If dispatch is delayed, we will notify you and provide the choice of accepting a revised date or cancelling for a prompt refund of unshipped items.

Address errors and delivery issues

Contact us promptly to request an address correction before dispatch. For missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries, retain the packaging and contact support with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Nothing here removes rights that apply under consumer law.
